What campers say about the Trail Scout Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad

★★★★★Extremely comfortable for topical camping
Not the lightest but also not the most expensive option. Quite easy to inflate. If you leave it with the valve open, it will self inflate to a certain point. Then if you need more cushion, you may turn the one way valve on and blow using a pump or by blowing into it.

★★★★★Pairs well with eggshell foam mats.
I pair this with the Therm-A-Rest Z-lite eggshell foam pad underneath for basically an indestructible mattress that can handle bumps as large as a wallet. I've also spent 4 summer working outdoors sleeping in tents as a scientist in the western United States.
